Smoked Salmon Bites served at Fado’ in Midtown.

Traditional cold oak-smoked salmon on crisp boxty “blini” with capers, onions, light horseradish sauce and lemon.

If  you haven’t been, I suggest you take a visit. It’s one of my favorite hangouts.

    Just this weekend, my husband and I enjoyed the salmon bites for the first time. They were absolutely amazing. I was wondering if there is a recipe anywhere that comes close to what you make? Thanks!
