Yesterday, Jeremy and I, along with my friend Rachael, spent some time at my favorite local park, McDaniel Farm Park! :) The weather was chilly and moist but I’ve been itching to go out into the daylight.
We found a mushroom and I loved just juxtaposing it with some natural / manmade texture.
Can you tell how old this tree was at cutting?
Floating pine needles and a hint of life underneath.

So much new life is rooted in death.
So this is murder spider. We named him so because around him were two dead daddy long legs, and he was chasing down another that had 3 legs missing.
