This is an older song from Mike Posner’s latest album with vintage hints and visual shout outs to Duke University. It’s got a mellow sound with a shoulder bumpin’ beat. Singing through his perfectly trimmed beard, his voice stirs memories and nostalgia for my mind.
It’s been four years and college is slowly starting to turn into a memory instead of being a part of just yesterday, and it feels a little like this video. Cheesy as it is, college is when I was finally free to find myself and relate to other people fully. It was a good experience, all the bad included. :]
